Here follows a series of pictures, mostly landscapes from the main highway;-) between Marrakesh and Ouarzazate. Ouarzazate is just on the other side of the High Atlas from Marrakesh. It is on the most northern edge of the desert, just beyond what would really be called the Sahara. The landscape is stunning, populated the entire length of the road. I left out the many photos taken of graphically interesting rocks and hillsides, nonetheless what remains is still in that general genre:
