Near Granada: A hike up the Rio Torrente Valley

We did a small hike further up the Rio Torrente into the lower Sierra Nevadas among some ranches and olive and almond groves. Though we met some vehicles (forestry trucks carrying plugs and farm trucks) it was mostly fairly quiet; only large banks of fog rolling up the canyons.

Heading off with purpose on another hike.

Looking back at Nigüelas as we head further up the valley into the Sierra Nevadas.
